Our Manicures & Pedis:

• Use cuticle oil every morning & night. This will not only condition your cuticles but will nourish the root of the natural nail allowing it to produce stronger, more flexible and non-flaking natural nails and prolong the life of your gel manicure.
• Be careful when using sun tan lotion, insect repellent and chlorine. Always wash your hands after use.
• Be careful using make-up, hair dye, self-tan products and when eating/handling strong foods such as curry & spices as they will stain your manicure. Ensure you use gloves and wash hands after application.
• Use protective gloves for housework, gardening, DIY etc. as household chemicals will damage your manicure and also dry out your natural nail.
• Moisturise your hands every time after washing hands.
• NEVER use your nails as tools, treat them the way you would your natural nails. Take care when opening can ring pulls or car doors etc. They are not indestructible.
• Do not pick your manicure, this will remove the upper layer of your natural nails causing damage. Have them removed professionally with an appropriate remover.
• If any adverse reaction occurs: rash, redness, inflammation of any kind around the nails please contact your GP immediately.
• Do not miss your regular maintenance appointments to ensure your nails stay looking at their best. It is advised to carry out manicures every 2-3 weeks.
• Avoid intense heat or direct sunlight.

THE FIRST 24 HOURS AFTER TREATMENT:

💖 Reduce exposure to heat; i.e. sunbeds and saunas.

💖 Avoid immersing your feet into water; i.e. swimming and long soaks in the bath.

💖 Avoid going for a run.

CARING FOR YOUR FEET UNTIL YOUR NEXT TREATMENT:

💖 We advise to keep using cream on your feet following your treatment.

We retail Elim products such as the Foot Protector and Intense Night Repair Cream.

If you have extremely dry skin and calluses, you may need more than one session of this treatment to work at your skin and make them totally smooth.
