SALON POLICIES, BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

A 50% booking fee or full payment is required to secure all bookings. This will be deducted off final treatment price or put towards another treatment. Booking fees are non-refundable but can be moved up to 48hours before treatment, unless cancelled by Luxe Lashes and Beauty for any reason, the booking fee will be refunded. Appointments aren’t confirmed until this is paid. You will receive a confirmation via text or email once this is paid. 

When booking online, you will be asked for your card details. This may be referred to as card capture or stored cards. By agreeing to store cards information on file grants luxe lashes and beauty the right to charge this card at the end of appointment or in the case of a cancellation. 

Cancellations or rescheduling are accepted up to 48 hours before treatment. Any cancellations made between 48-24 hours your 50% booking fee will be retained. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice your booking fee will be retained and you will be charged the remaining of your appointment. If for any reason Luxe Lashes and Beauty need to change or cancel your appointment the booking fee will be refunded. 

Please arrive on time for appointment. If you arrive early, please wait in your car until your appointment time. If you’re running late, please contact Luxe Lashes and Beauty and let us know your expected arrival time as treatment may be shortened. If you’re more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a no show and your booking fee will be retained and charged the remaining of your appointment.

In the event that incorrect information has been provided, Luxe Lashes and Beauty will not be held responsible for loss of correspondence. 

Luxe Lashes and Beauty will not offer price adjustment/refunds for change of mind. The client must pay for the full amount of time booked out even if asked for a reduced or changed treatment unless changed before cancellation/reschedule policy. 

Luxe Lashes and Beauty is 16+ only. Any treatments for anyone aged between 16 and 18 will need parental consent. 

Aftercare is given out after all treatments on how to maintain. If aftercare is not followed, Luxe Lashes and Beauty will not offer any refunds or amendments or take responsibility for any issues, you may also be refused for appointments.

If you have issues after your appointment, please get in touch ASAP. 

A follow up appointment or advice will be given to assess the issue. If aftercare has not been followed luxe lashes and beauty will not take responsibility.

 If you go elsewhere or make any other amendments without Luxe Lashes and Beauty being able to see, you will void any offer of resolution. 

Luxe Lashes and Beauty retains the right to refuse service at any time, for any reason along the lines of frequent cancellations, lateness, and failure to comply with any of the policies in this document.
