SALON POLICIES, BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

A 50% booking fee or full payment is required to secure all appointments. If paying 50%, the remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.
• Payment methods accepted: Card, contactless, or cash. 

By providing your card details, you agree that Luxe Lashes and Beauty may charge this card at the end of your appointment or in the event of a cancellation. Booking fees are non-refundable, but can be moved to another appointment if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received. Confirmation will be sent via text or email once your payment is taken.

Cancellations or rescheduling are accepted up to 48 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations made 48 - 24 hours before: 50% booking fee will be retained. 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: Booking fee will be retained and remaining appointment cost charged.

If Luxe Lashes and Beauty needs to reschedule or cancel your appointment, the booking fee will be refunded.

Please arrive on time. If you are early, wait in your car until your appointment time.
If you are running late, please contact Luxe Lashes and Beauty with your expected arrival time. Treatments may be shortened to avoid affecting other clients. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be cancelled and treated as a no-show, with booking fee retained and remaining appointment cost charged.

All treatments are private, 1:1 services. Please do not bring friends, family, or children unless confirmed with Luxe Lashes and Beauty beforehand. This ensures a calm, safe, and professional environment.

Patch tests are required at least 48 hours prior for certain treatments for all new clients, or if you have not had the treatment with us in the last 6 months. Please ensure to book any required patch's tests separately in advance.

Please complete all consultation forms sent to you and inform Luxe Lashes and Beauty of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities or if there have been any changes to these prior to your treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect results and cannot be used as grounds for a refund.

Please ensure your contact information is correct. Luxe Lashes and Beauty cannot be held responsible for lost correspondence due to incorrect details.

Luxe Lashes and Beauty does not offer refunds or price adjustments for changes of mind. The client must pay for the full booked treatment unless a reschedule or cancellation is made within policy timeframes.

Clients must be 16+. Treatments for 16 - 18 year olds require parental consent.

Aftercare instructions are provided following every treatment. Failure to follow aftercare may affect results and Luxe Lashes and Beauty will not be responsible for any issues, and may refuse future appointments if aftercare is not followed.

If you have an issue after your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. A follow-up appointment or advice will be offered. If aftercare has not been followed, Luxe Lashes and Beauty cannot take responsibility. Any changes or treatments done elsewhere without our review will void any resolution offer.

Luxe Lashes and Beauty reserves the right to refuse service at any time, for reasons including frequent cancellations, lateness, failure to comply with policies, or any other professional considerations.

By booking an appointment with Luxe Lashes and Beauty, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all booking terms and policies listed above.
